The officials and working people of the county made the socialist law-abiding life their own undertaking as required by the times of our state-first principle and showed examples in making voluntary law observance by the people a social trend, thus making positive contributions to developing the Korean-style socialist system.

The awarding ceremony was held on the spot Wednesday.

Present at the ceremony were Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, first vice-president of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly (SPA).

Also present were Jang Se Chol, chairman of the North Phyongan Provincial People's Committee, and officials and working people of the county.

The decree of the Standing Committee of the SPA was read out by Choe Ryong Hae to be followed by conferment.
