More Youth Volunteer to Work in Major Socialist Construction Sectors

| Pyongyang, November 6 (KCNA) -- Amid the high spirit of the young people for implementing the decisions set forth at the 8th Party Congress and the administrative policy of the DPRK government, members of the youth league in Rangnang District of Pyongyang City volunteered to work in major sectors of socialist construction including the livestock farming base in the Sepho area. A farewell ceremony for the volunteers took place on Friday. Certificates were awarded to the volunteers and speeches were made. Speakers extended congratulations and encouragement to the young people who volunteered to work in difficult sectors. They expressed their will to display the stamina of the patriotic youth in the on-going general march, following the fighting spirit of the preceding generations. At the end of the ceremony officials, employees and members of the youth league of relevant units warmly sent off the volunteers leaving for new revolutionary posts, presenting them bunches of flowers. |
