The first secretary of the Vladivostok City Committee said in his speech that Comrade Kim Jong Un in his speech at the lecture commemorating the 76th founding anniversary of the WPK set forth the principled issues and practical ways of further strengthening the Party ideologically and politically as befits the vanguard unit of the revolution and thoroughly applying the people-first principle in the overall Party work.

He noted that he will deeply study Kim Jong Un's idea and theory of the party building and apply it into the party activities.

The second secretary of the Vladivostok City Committee said in his speech that he deeply felt once again the source of WPK's strength through the seminar, stressing that he will keep the firm faith in the victory of socialism and fully support the Korean people's just cause.

In another development, a briefing on the speech made by Kim Jong Un at the lecture commemorating the 76th founding anniversary of the WPK and on the historic policy speech made by him at the 5th Session of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK was held by the Organizational Department of the Central Leadership of Syria's Baath Arab Socialist Party on Oct. 28.
