One day in May Juche 102 (2013), he visited a breeding station under construction by a unit of the Korean People's Army. He acquainted himself in detail with its construction and expressed his satisfaction over bold operation. Then, he gave an instruction on building the breeding station into an exemplary one of the country at the world level.

He explained the methods and ways for raising grass-eating animals and creating grass fields and went through a rugged mountain road to inspect a place where good breeds of goats are kept.

Seeing good breeds of goats with pleasure, he said that he would visit any steep and dangerous place in the country with the mind of following the traces of Chairman Kim Jong Il who made a ceaseless journey of patriotic devotion for the people and servicepersons all his life. He added that if he goes through a smooth road to see well-furnished places, affluent life of the people and servicepersons can never be expected.

Thanks to his devoted efforts, a model breeding station could come into being.
