True to the noble intention of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il, he placed the dignity and position of mothers on the highest level and warmly led them to glorify the honor of being woman revolutionaries on the road of following the Workers' Party of Korea.

He saw to it that Mother's Day was set, and has bestowed favors on the mothers who devote their all to their children and the country.

He made sure that the 4th National Meeting of Mothers was held to celebrate the first Mother's Day in November Juche 101 (2012), and had a photo session with its participants. On Mother's Day of the next year, he visited a foodstuff factory to warmly congratulate its female workers.

He even named a baby in response to a request of a woman aviator at the First Meeting of Airpersons of the Korean People's Army in April 2014. One month ago, he inspected a female air unit and was asked to name the baby from the woman aviator.

Today, lots of touching stories showing the traits of giving priority to and respecting the women come into being one after another under the warm care of Kim Jong Un.
