This year, the association supplied health foods, toys, pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, etc. to baby homes, orphanages, nurseries, kindergartens, children's hospitals in provinces and clinics under its phased program and actively cooperated with public health organizations in preventive inoculations for children.

It regularly grasped the growth development of children at nurseries and kindergartens and distributed hygienic propaganda matters. And it rendered a positive support to the children living in mountainous areas, with attendance of many people including public health workers and volunteers.

The association has also paid attention to the development and production of health foods and medicines conducive to the growth of children and their intellectual development and health management.

The association was founded on November 21, Juche 102 (2013). Its basic mission is to assist the state work for bringing up the children healthily and happily by improving their health, nutrition, living conditions and environment.
