Present there were Ho Jong Man, chairman of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, Song Kun Hak, vice-chairman of Chongryon Central Standing Committee and director of the Education Department, Kang Chu Ryon, vice-chairwoman of Chongryon Central Standing Committee and chairwoman of the Central Standing Committee of the Union of Democratic Korean Women in Japan, Pak Chung U, chairman of the Korean Federation of Workers in Commerce in Japan, chairpersons of Chongryon headquarters, chairpersons of Chongryon branches, principals of schools at all levels and teaching staff, students, parents and graduates of Tokyo Korean Middle and High School.

Introduced there was a congratulatory message from the homeland.

Chairman Ho Jong Man said in a speech of congratulation that the school marking its 75th founding anniversary was associated with the leadership exploits of the peerlessly great persons and proud decades of patriotic activities by Koreans in Japan.

He called for firmly putting the national education at the center of the building of the organization and patriotic activities, whatever the adversity, bearing in mind the instructions by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and for concentrating all efforts on defending and developing the national education.
