Kwangbok Area Supermarket Telling Chairman Kim Jong Il's Undying Feats

| Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- In Kwangbok Street of Pyongyang, the capital city of the DPRK, there is the Kwangbok Area Supermarket. This commercial service center with a total floor space of more than 12,700 square meters came into being under the direct initiative and loving care of Chairman Kim Jong Il. On December 15, Juche 100 (2011), the last period of his great life, the Chairman visited the supermarket just before its opening. Going round the three-storied supermarket to learn in detail about its service preparations, he gave an instruction on starting its operation at an early date so as to make the people purchase the necessary commodities. He expressed his great pleasure over the fact that every counter of the supermarket is filled with goods, saying that it would be helpful to satisfying the people's growing demand for commodity. The supermarket is now offering convenience to the people on the highest level. Ri Song Suk, a saleswoman, told KCNA that they would further improve the spirit of devoted service, always cherishing the lofty intention of the Chairman who had worked heart and soul to provide the people with the best things. |
