This popular movement is for making all units model units which strictly observe the socialist law and distinguish themselves in implementing the Party's policies and their own duties by turning the socialist law-abiding life into a work of the popular masses themselves.

This movement being actively waged in all fields and units has convinced the officials and working people of the fact that the socialist law is the one for defending the people and the one for themselves.

In the course all the members of society came to voluntarily observe the law and regulations of the state, regarding this work as their moral obligation, not just the requirement by law.

As a result, the atmosphere of abiding by law has become to prevail in society, and over 760 units in the country won the title of exemplary law-observance units this year alone.
