Present there were chiefs and members of the organizations for the study of the Juche idea of Russia.

Dmitri Kostenko, chairman of the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea, said at the seminar that the world progressives reverently look back upon the revolutionary career of Comrade Kim Jong Il on Dec. 17, the anniversary of his demise, every year.

He said that Comrade Kim Jong Il developed and enriched the Juche idea and devoted his all to the country's prosperity and the people's happiness.

He praised Kim Jong Il as an outstanding state leader who laid the firm groundwork for building a powerful socialist country at a time when the country faced harsh trials, and markedly boosted the political and military power of the DPRK.

The world progressives pay the highest tribute to Kim Jong Il together with the Korean people, he stressed.

Vadim Kudimin, director of the Russian Institute of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, and Dmitri Remizov, chairman of the Rostov Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism of Russia, said that it was thanks to the energetic leadership of Kim Jong Il that the Korean People's Army developed into an invincible powerful army and the DPRK turned into a politico-ideological power and military power.

They stressed that Kim Jong Il who performed great exploits for the prosperity of Juche Korea and the development of the global revolution will be alive in the hearts of humankind.

A message to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar.
