The Workers' Party of Korea and the state have built wonderful houses and distributed them to inhabitants free of charge.

This year following last year, happy events of moving into new houses were reported one after another in different parts of the country.

The flood victims in South Hamgyong Province received the licenses for use of new houses, bursting into cheers of Workers' Party and socialism. Though there are many major construction projects like the construction for 10,000 flats in Pyongyang, the state supplied many building materials to flood-hit Sinhung and Hongwon counties, Hamhung City and other areas to build wonderful new houses.

Thousands of new flats appeared in Jagang Province and hundreds of new houses in Kusong City of North Phyongan Province and Phyongwon County of South Phyongan Province respectively.

Some days ago, houses for one hundred and tens of families were built in Kaesong City and a cooperative farm in Rangnang District of Pyongyang respectively.

The Party and the state have attached great importance to the housing construction, a work for providing the people with highly-civilized living conditions, and pushed ahead with it dynamically.

Witnessing the newly built houses agreeing with the requirement of developing times and preserving local characteristics, the DPRK people are now picturing in mind the rosy future of the country to be turned into an ideal land with modern civilization and a paradise of happiness under the guidance of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
