Thanks to builders in the province struggling to carry through the tasks set forth in the decisions of the 8th Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea and in the administrative policy of the DPRK government, such industrial factories as a food stuff factory, a daily necessities factory and a garment factory began to take their shapes.

The builders are now pushing ahead with their construction projects, out of the mind to create a new standard of local industrial factory within the date set by the Party and on a level demanded by it.
