Mines under the Phosphate Fertilizer Industry Management Bureau built an ore-dressing reagent production base suited to their specific conditions to produce materials needed for the extraction of minerals. As a result, a breakthrough was made in boosting the apatite concentrate production.

They steadily improved the technical efficiency of equipment and facilities at repairs and maintenance shops, thereby making by themselves ore-dressing equipment and accessories which need high manufacturing technology.

Various mines created enough mining stopes by concentrating tunneling force on the places with large deposits and good mining conditions, and thus opened a prospect for steady development of the production of minerals.

A work for establishing new production processes was pushed ahead as planned at various units. Samhoe Mine succeeded in producing concentrated ore from lean nickel ore and arranged a ferronickel production process.
