The factory makes tens of tons of organic fertilizer and thousands of blocks every day by recycling rubbish, thus contributing to the protection of city environment and the improvement of the people's standard of living.

An inaugural ceremony took place at the factory on Dec. 20.

Such a factory has been built in Kanggye City of Jagang Province.
