The factory has labor-intensive, energy-efficient and environment-friendly production lines, ensuring production with locally-available raw materials and recycling. It will contribute to supplying quality notebooks to the children and students in the city.

Its inaugural ceremony took place on the spot on December 20.

Attending it were Ri Yun Jae, secretary of the South Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, officials and workers of the factory and working people in the city.

Kim Yong Chol, chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, made an inaugural speech.
