The center has a room for producing medicines, a test room and storehouse, etc. with necessary facilities and experimental apparatuses. It will contribute to constantly developing stockbreeding by further improving the veterinary and anti-epizootic work.

An inaugural ceremony took place on Dec. 21.

Present there were Im Chun Il, secretary of the South Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, officials of the Provincial Rural Economy Committee and officials and employees of the center.

Won Kyong Mo, chairman of the Provincial Rural Economy Committee, made an inaugural address.
