Present at the forum were Ho Jong Man, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon), and Pak Ku Ho, first vice-chairman of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee and director of its Organization Department, vice-chairmen the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, chairpersons of Chongryon headquarters across Japan, Choe Pyong Ho, chairman of the Korean Youth Commercial Association in Japan, and representatives of its affiliated organizations and other compatriots.

The forum, sponsored by the Korean youth commercial association in Adachi of Tokyo Metropolitan, was broadcast live to compatriots.

Its participants, together with the members of the Adachi regional youth commercial association, watched a great chorus "To Young Heroes" performed by 1 000 persons including members of the Korean youth commercial associations in Tokyo and other areas, compatriots, Korean students in Tokyo and students of Pyongyang Secondary School No. 1 in the DPRK. The students of Pyongyang Secondary School No. 1 took part in the chorus through video recording.

Ho Jong Man stressed that the forum instilled great strength and courage into the compatriots at a hard time and fully displayed the spirit of the Korean Youth Commercial Association.
