The letter paid the highest tribute to President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il in reflection of the reverence of the vanguard fighters and patriotic people of different circles in south Korea, and made a New Year's bow to Kim Jong Un.

It said that as Kim Jong Un, president of the State Affairs, provided detailed practical policy for building a powerful country and source of innovation and upswing for the people in the north and energetically led the struggle for realizing it last year, the DPRK struck the world people with wonder by making substantial advance and practical changes in every field of building a powerful country under the uplifted banner of prosperity by dint of self-reliance despite the unprecedentedly severe worldwide political and economic upheavals and the hostile forces' persistent offensive for stifling it.

Under his guidance, the days of Juche Korea have been woven with a series of world-startling miracles and victories and the dignity and mightiness of the DPRK is put on the highest level, the letter said.

It pledged to turn south Korea into a great garden of sunflowers cultivated by the loyalists firmly trusting and following Kim Jong Un only and to firmly consolidate the AINDF into a Juche-type vanguard organization steering the revolutionary movement in south Korea under the invincible banner of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism.

It expressed belief that as the bright sunrise over Mt Paektu brings dawn to the 3 000-ri land of Korea, a new morning of the reunified country when the entire nation will enjoy eternal prosperity as one is sure to come under the outstanding leadership of Kim Jong Un.

Lauding Kim Jong Un as the sun of the Korean nation and peerlessly great man, the letter wished him good health.
