The 3rd Plenary Meeting of the 8th Party Central Committee, held in June last year, discussed the issue of improving and bolstering the Party's childcare policy as its major agenda item and adopted it as a policy to supply all the children across the country with nourishing foodstuffs including dairy products at the state's expense.

Such consecutive measures of love can be taken only by the WPK, which regards it as its pleasure and happiness to dedicate itself to the rising generations.

The DPRK people express the thankfulness to the country's solicitude for the precious posterity.

Jon Chol Ok living in Tongdaewon District of Pyongyang City told KCNA:

On receiving the important measure of the Party Central Committee, I could hardly repress my passion as a mother. I can not hold in my feelings of thanks for the consecutive measures taken by the Party for the children and students across the country in the present hard time.

Indeed, the care of our Party which spares nothing for the rising generations is the genuine home of happiness for all the students and children.

Hwang Un A, a teacher of Ryomyong Primary School in Taesong District of Pyongyang City, said:

No such country can be found in the world as the DPRK in which the Party and the state take responsible care of children's nutrition and show deep care even for their uniforms, bags and school things. The children and students in our country are the happiest in the world.

I, as an educator, will live up to the Party's love and benevolence by bringing up well the pupils, the future of the country.
