The Russian Association for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK said in its press statement on January 4:

The plenary meeting, which set forth the strategic policies for accelerating the comprehensive development of socialist construction, is an event of great significance in the history of the WPK.

It is the unanimous desire and revolutionary will of all the Korean people to provide a firm foundation for implementing the 5-year plan and bring about a remarkable change in the development of the country and the improvement of the people's living in 2022 marking the 110th birth anniversary of Comrade Kim Il Sung, the eternal President of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and the 80th birth anniversary of Comrade Kim Jong Il.

Despite the brutal moves of the hostile forces to stifle the country and the protracted global health crisis, the Korean people have honorably defended the sovereignty of the country and confidently advanced toward the implementation of the 5-year plan in the face of manifold obstacles and difficulties under the wise leadership of Comrade Kim Jong Un.

We are sure that the Korean people will achieve greater successes in all fields in the new year, too, true to the idea and spirit of the plenary meeting.

Recalling in detail the conclusion and the report made by the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un at the plenary meeting, the chairperson of the Denmark-DPRK Friendship Association said in a press statement on January 1:

The plenary meeting is of weighty significance as it clarified the orientation and ways for further accelerating socialist construction in the DPRK in the new year.

Guided by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, the Korean people will successfully implement the decisions of the plenary meeting without fail.

We will express our invariable solidarity with the Korean people over their just cause, fully supporting the decisions of the plenary meeting.
