Many Encouraging Poetic Works Produced in DPRK

| Pyongyang, January 9 (KCNA) -- Poets in the DPRK find themselves at different worksites of socialist construction to write encouraging poems, true to the idea and spirit of the 4th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea. Over 170 pieces of good poems and words of songs have been produced. They deal with the on-going struggle of working people in major industrial establishments and cooperative farms who started their drive with confidence, determined to crown this significant year with great auspicious revolutionary events. The Central Committee of the Writers Union of Korea provided proper guidance on the activities of all creators. Their poetic works greatly encourage the working people in their drive for making new creations and innovations. |
