Abdul Hamid, president of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, Joko Widodo, president of the Republic of Indonesia, Muhammadu Buhari, president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, president of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, and his wife, and Rumen Radev, president of the Republic of Bulgaria, and his wife.

Among them are also the prime minister of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, the general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), the general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Portugal, the national leader of the Communist Party of Canada (Marxist-Leninist), the co-chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Il Foundation, the director-general of the UNESCO, and the director of the Regional Office for Southeast Asia of the WHO.
