The reporters at the meetings stressed that the Party's line of extending the scope of the movement to involve cities, counties and industrial complexes serves as the most correct and realistic fighting line in the light of its nature as an all-people movement and an inevitable requirement for the accomplishment of the socialist cause whose victory can be achieved only with the concerted efforts of all the people.

They called for scrupulously conducting the political work, guided by the ideology-first principle, and launching an intensive campaign for emulating the meritorious persons of socialist patriotism so as to ensure the continuity of the efforts for setting noble examples of loyalty and patriotism.

They stressed the need to flatly reject the corrupt capitalist ideology and culture and train the working people to be the ones who devotedly implement the Party policies and the ardent champions of socialism with firm faith in our-style socialism by waging a revolutionary ideological offensive, offensive defence and intensive struggle.

They called for getting rid of all sorts of non-revolutionary and effete things through the three revolutions--ideological, technological and cultural, and for bringing about a fundamental improvement in agricultural production and rural construction as required by the Juche idea.

They stressed the need to modernize local industrial establishments, remodel schools and hospitals and push forward with housing construction, greening and forest and water conservation so as to turn cities and counties into highly civilized and prosperous strategic bases of a socialist state.

They also highlighted the need to give full play to collectivism in which one is for all and all for one, frequently conduct mass-based sports and cultural and art activities and thus make the collectives full of beautiful practices, joy and optimism where everyone helps and leads one another forward.

At the meetings, resolutions and goals for the three-revolution red flag movement were announced to be followed by oath-taking speeches.
