He underscored the need to focus on ideological and political dimensions in construction, as constantly emphasized by the Party, and make the farm look like a green park suited to the topographical characteristics.

The field consultative meeting discussed the issues of ensuring perfect building so as to meet the high demand of the Party, giving priority to quality in manufacturing the equipment for the farm and making full advance preparations for its operation.
