The first festival to take place on the occasion of the February holiday is a manifestation of the noble moral obligation and reverence of the Korean people, soldiers and disciples of the Chairman, who are determined to hold him in high esteem as the sun of Juche forever and praise and hand down his peerless greatness and revolutionary feats for all ages.

The festival is to be held in the forms of provincial performances and performances by art groups from ministries and national institutions at theatres and halls in the capital city on Feb. 11-18. Taking part in it will be groups selected from every region and unit across the country.
