The message said that the Azerbaijani government and people have made big achievements in the efforts for the country's development and prosperity and performed a responsible role in the international arena including the non-aligned movement.

Expressing belief that the long-standing, traditional relations of friendship would grow stronger through close cooperation between the foreign policy agencies of the two countries, the message wished the Azerbaijani foreign minister success in his job.
