Floral baskets and bouquets were placed at the statues on Mansu Hill in the names of Party, power and armed forces organs, social organizations, ministries, national institutions, the units of the Korean People's Army (KPA) and the Public Security Forces (PSF) and institutions, industrial establishments, universities at all levels in Pyongyang.

The visitors bowed to the statues.

Floral baskets in the names of industrial establishments and units of the KPA and the PSF were laid before the statues of the President and the Chairman and the mosaics picturing their smiling images at Kim Il Sung University, the Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of Public Security, the Mansudae Art Studio and other parts of the capital.

Working people, service personnel, youth and students in other parts of the country visited the statues and the mosaics in their residential areas to pay homage to them.
