Looking round the modernization project sites of the factory alive with the endeavors to carry out the decisions of the 4th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the WPK, he urged the factory to play a pivotal role in the struggle for realizing the plan and intention of the Party Central Committee which took a special crucial measure to bring about complete innovation in the agricultural machine industry of the country.

He said that officials should become standard-bearers to conduct operation in a bold and big way and make a breakthrough with high scientific and technological insight, in order to successfully carry out the modernization of the factory which holds a very important position in implementing the rural technical revolution.

A consultative meeting, held on the spot, discussed and took measures for such issues as the one of mapping out modernization target in a development-oriented way based on the Party policies and unconditionally carrying it out in a phased way, the one for scientists, technicians and researchers to responsibly carry out the technical tasks entrusted to them while making perfect technical preparations for developing and producing modern farm machines and the one of improving the steel quality for tractor parts.
