Recalling that the bilateral relations have been developed on the basis of mutual respect and trust over the past thirty years, the message noted that the friendly government and people of Belarus have made successes in the struggle for defending the country's sovereignty and achieving the social unity.

It expressed belief that the bilateral friendly and cooperative relations with a long history and tradition would grow stronger as required by the new era and in mutual interests.
