Senior officials of the Party and the government and officials in Pyongyang and local areas congratulated the servicepersons on the Day of Army Founding at the grand construction sites, including housing construction fields in the capital city, and at KPA units across the country.

They gave the regards of civilians to the soldiers who are devotedly serving at major socialist construction sites. At the grand construction sites in the capital city, the members of people's delegations handed over letters of greeting to the soldier-builders and requested them to fulfill their duty as the creator of the people's happiness.

Units of all the KPA services and arms were overflowing with the military-civilian affection.

The people's delegations were welcomed by servicepersons and their families. Members of the delegations informed them of the news about the struggle of civilians and handed over the aid materials to them.

Watching the training of soldiers, they felt the pride of having the invincible revolutionary army faithful to the cause of the Party. Sharing the affection with soldiers, they conveyed the request of the civilians for adorning the days of military service with feats and watched celebration performances given by the units and colorful sports and amusement games.

The units were full of joy and optimism of the soldiers marking the Day of Army Founding.
