The general secretary of the committee said that Leader Kim Jong Il with talented ideo-theoretical wisdom and outstanding leadership ability comprehensively systematized the Juche idea founded by the great President Kim Il Sung and thoroughly applied it to the revolution and construction, thus opening up a heyday of Korean-style socialist construction admired by the world people.

The chairman of the committee praised the noble life of Kim Jong Il entirely dedicated to the people's happiness, saying that his noble personality and humanity touched all people.
