The chairman of the Thailand-DPRK Friendship Association said that His Excellency Kim Jong Il was born as the son of guerrillas in Mt Paektu when the Korean revolutionaries waged an armed struggle to put an end to the Japanese imperialists' military occupation of Korea and liberate the country under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung. And he noted that Kim Jong Il, through his rare ideo-theoretical activities, comprehensively systematized the Juche idea founded by the President and performed great feats in accomplishing the cause of global independence through his energetic external activities.

Saying that the august name of leader Kim Jong Il is always kept in the mind of the Korean people and the world progressives, the chairman of the Kuwait-DPRK Friendship Association noted that General Secretary Kim Jong Un realizing the desire of Kim Jong Il for the building of a powerful country has led the DPRK to victory over the past ten years with his rare political caliber. Under his seasoned leadership, the Korean people are dynamically advancing along the road to socialism with confidence in victory, he added.
