At the competitions held at famous restaurants in each province, designated dishes and drinks were cooked on the spot and new and national food shows were given. There were also cookery demonstrations by ace cooks and waitresses.

The competitors brought out wonderful foods peculiar to each region and various dishes conducive to developing culinary culture.

Viewing the dishes on display, the participants shared each other's recipes and experience.

At the end of the competitions, the units that proved excellent were given certificates and prizes.
