The message noted that the relations between the two countries have been developed on the basis of mutual respect for sovereignty, equality, reciprocity and trust since the establishment of diplomatic relations.

It expressed the conviction that the bilateral friendly and cooperative relations would be expanded in various fields in favor of the two peoples' aspiration and desire and the close cooperation between the two foreign ministries and mutual support in the international arena would be further strengthened.
