The performances well showed the strong will of the Korean people to surely build on this land a powerful prosperous socialist country, desired by the Chairman.

A performance of artistes from Jagang and South Hwanghae provinces was given at the East Pyongyang Grand Theatre, a performance by artistes from North Hwanghae and Kangwon provinces at the Ponghwa Art Theatre and a performance by artistes from North Phyongan and South Hamgyong provinces at the Central Youth Hall.

A performance by art groups from ministries and national institutions took place at the People's Palace of Culture.

The performances well represented the militant stamina and revolutionary optimism of the Korean people stepping up the general onward march for the prosperity of our state and the overall development of socialist construction under the guidance of the great Party while braving the unprecedented trials and hardships.

The performances were enjoyed by officials of ministries and national institutions, working people, youth and students in Pyongyang.
