The letter praised the Chairman as a brilliant thinker and theoretician who enriched the Juche idea with his rare wisdom and energetic ideo-theoretical activities, formulated the President's revolutionary idea as Kimilsungism and provided perfect solutions to all the theoretical and practical issues arising in the revolution and construction.

He was a great teacher and guardian of the Chongryon and Koreans in Japan, who led the organization to become a pioneer one of patriotism and loyalty setting a model in the movement of overseas compatriots of the world, true to the high will of the President, the letter stressed.

The history of warm emotions and kinship between the Chairman and the Koreans in Japan remains resilient under the paternal loving care of Kim Jong Un, the letter said.
