The letter said that on the auspicious day the officials of the GAKC and all other Koreans in China paid the highest tribute and eternal glory to Chairman Kim Jong Il out of boundless reverence for him, extending best wishes to Kim Jong Un who is translating the Chairman's patriotic desire to build a powerful nation into brilliant reality.

The letter praised the Chairman, who was born as the son of Mt Paektu, as a great revolutionary and peerless patriot who performed undying achievements to be recorded forever in the history of the country by devoting himself to the country's prosperity and the people's happiness under the uplifted red flag of the revolution all his life.

His feats of turning the country into a dignified and great powerful socialist country, the genuine people's country, looked up to by the world and laid the groundwork for its eternal prosperity with his life-long dedication will shine long in the history of the country winning new victories of socialism, the letter said.

Today the sacred revolutionary history of the Chairman is carried on thanks to Kim Jong Un, the letter said.

It vowed to wage proactive activities to contribute to developing the DPRK-China friendly relations which Kim Jong Un put on a new height, while tangibly waging a patriotic work in step with the dynamic advance of the people in the homeland all out in the drive for implementing the five-year plan for national economic development under the great pogramme for socialist construction set forth by Kim Jong Un.

Saying that the wellbeing of Kim Jong Un is a fervent wish of all the Koreans, the letter wished him good health.
