Attending the seminar were members of the international alliance and chiefs of the Juche idea study groups and Juche idea followers in Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Moldova.

Mikhail Panchenko, general secretary of the international alliance, made a speech at the seminar.

Noting that events are held worldwide to celebrate the birthday of the Chairman, he praised him as the peerless patriot who devoted himself to the prosperity of the DPRK and the happiness of the people until the last moments of his life.

Saying that patriotism possessed and put into practice by him is the noblest and ardent one going by his august name, he stressed that the venerable image of the Chairman will be kept in the hearts of mankind forever.

At the seminar, Vadim Kudimin, director of the Russian Institute of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, Dmitri Kostenko, chairman of the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea, and Nikolai Polishk, chairman of the Ukrainian "Treasured Sword of Songun" Association for the Study of the Juche Idea praised the Chairman as a great man in the century who performed the greatest-ever exploits during his revolutionary guidance.

A congratulatory message to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar.
