The vice-chairman of the FUNCINPEC Party of Cambodia and the vice-chairman of the Commission for International Relations of the People's Party of Cambodia paid congratulatory visits to the DPRK mission.

The Ministry of Public Security, the Women's Union and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and other organizations of Vietnam sent floral baskets to the DPRK mission on the same occasion.
