Pyongyang, February 21 (KCNA) -- The world health crisis gets worse due to the rapid spread of the highly-transmissible COVID-19 variants. This requires all the people to strictly observe preventive regulations on high alert, regarding it as part of their life and habit. The central emergency epidemic prevention field is pushing forward with the work for establishing strict disciplines and orders so that all the people thoroughly abide by the preventive rules and adopt it as their life and habit to observe the rules, while taking thorough-going measures to get rid of all elements that can weaken the anti-epidemic wall. Institutions, industrial establishments and farms keep their employees on high alert by intensifying anti-epidemic information activities. They have also set up a system of summing up their daily work with a priority given to the epidemic prevention work, while thoroughly taking the temperature of their employees and disinfecting their office rooms, workshops, equipment and materials. The emergency anti-epidemic units across the country are persevering with their work to find out and get rid of all defects, as required by specific situations in the units and areas under their supervision, while rejecting indolence, slackness, self-complacency and carelessness. They also urge all citizens to keep their streets and villages clean and tidy, adopt it as part of their life to immediately inform the relevant units of abnormal practices and tackle them as required by the epidemic prevention rules. |
