The message praised him as a veteran revolutionary and a true patriot and loyalist who has dedicated himself to the patriotic work for the reunification and development of the country and its prosperity for more than six decades from his twenties.

The message said that our Party and the DPRK government put forward Ho Jong Man as the first overseas revolutionary comrade whom Chairman Kim Jong Il personally formed a connection with and always remember his distinguished patriotic feats vividly manifested in the history of the Juche-based movement of overseas compatriots.
