Garib Newaz, president of the Bangladesh People's League, praised the Chairman as the great leader who developed the Workers' Party of Korea into the general staff of the Korean revolution with the Juche idea as its monolithic guiding ideology. It is one of his party guidance exploits that he modeled the whole Party on the monolithic idea and firmly consolidated the cohesion and unity of the Party ranks, he added.

The chief of Kim Il Sung Library in Sofia of Bulgaria lauded the Chairman as the outstanding leader who enriched the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung, thoroughly applied it to all fields of the state activities and vigorously led the cause of independence against imperialism.

The chairperson of the Mexican Committee for Support to Korea's Peaceful Reunification stressed that Kim Jong Il is a great elder statesman recognized by the world who turned the DPRK into an invincible socialist fortress and military power with his Songun politics.
