The new century of Juche is the proud years when a period of great prosperity in construction, the great heyday of construction, is ushered in under the original idea on construction and wise leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

The respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un, who gives importance to the construction work in the struggle for building a powerful socialist nation, clarified a grand programme for the Juche-based architecture in the new era with his gifted wisdom and outstanding leadership and kindled the flames of new construction revolution throughout the country.

The edifices built on this land are associated with the guidance of the General Secretary who has made indefatigable efforts as a designer, owner and operator of their construction.

Thanks to the Party's idea on Juche-oriented architecture and policy on construction, a new era of architecture based on the people-first principle has arrived and monumental edifices symbolic of the era of the Workers' Party such as Mirae Scientists Street, Ryomyong Street, the Sci-Tech Complex, the Jungphyong Vegetable Greenhouse Farm and the Yangdok Hot Spring Resort were successfully built and the myth of construction that races against time created.
