The province took far-sighted measures for producing saplings while firmly consolidating the material and technological foundations for tree nurseries.

It has properly managed mother tree nurseries and other nurseries to cultivate robust saplings. And it cultivated such good species for afforestation acclimatized to the regional climate as Aronia melanocarpa, mulberry and ginkgo.

It has also boosted the sapling production after setting the right places for creating firewood forests and forests of oil-bearing trees, while properly managing the greenhouse for sapling cultivation and putting efforts into acclimatizing good species of economic value to regional climate.
