It is the steadfast faith of the Korean people that they can surmount any difficulties and accomplish any great cause when they carry on their work as taught by the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un.

All sectors and units should establish the revolutionary traits of unconditionally and thoroughly implementing the plan and intention of the Party Central Committee in order to build a powerful socialist nation, the ideal of the people, as early as possible, while achieving successes for a great change one after another.

The invincibility of our revolution and our state is guaranteed by the monolithic idea and leadership. The entire Party and the whole society should remain true to the instructions of the Party Central Committee and devotedly implement its plan and determination as it represents the strength of our state and ensures the steady advance of the Juche revolution.

The instructions of the Party Central Committee mean the demands of the revolution.

The demands of the revolution are linked with the destinies of our state and ourselves and the future of our beloved children. If we disregard the demands, it will not merely result in delayed development but imperil the existence of the country and the life of the people. We should do our best to fulfill the demands of the revolution in any case and at any cost.

All the people should fully demonstrate the irresistible might of our-style socialism and the spirit of our state dynamically advancing toward a new victory in the face of difficulties by unconditionally and thoroughly implementing the instructions of the Party Central Committee, regarding them as solemn demands of the revolution.
