Hundreds of technical senior middle schools have already come into being in different parts of the country.

More than 130 technical senior middle schools, which teach technical subjects of different sectors, are to newly come into being throughout the country this year.

The Education Commission organizes such works as sending textbooks and reference books to technical senior middle schools and providing conditions for educational work.

The commission has amended the educational contents of technical subjects of the existing schools so that students can acquire much more professional technologies and pushed ahead with the work to establish a system which students choose technical class according to their wishes.

Provinces, cities and counties take measures to turn the existing senior middle schools into the technical senior middle schools and direct efforts to building up teaching force, as well as improving the educational condition and environment of these schools.
