Amid the growing initiative and ingenuity among the officials and workers of the plant, scores of kinds of parts needed for overhauling tractors have been produced.

The plant is pushing ahead with strengthening its own technical force, introducing new technology and overhauling equipment in a scientific and planned way.

It increased the production of materials by more than 1.2 times as compared to before by exploiting internal reserves and applying an efficient moulding method.

The workers established a new process of coloring together with three-revolution team members, thus boosting the quality of goods and productivity.
