Upon receiving the speeches made by Kim Jong Un at the ground-breaking ceremonies of the construction of 10,000 flats in Hwasong area and the Ryonpho Greenhouse Farm, people from all walks of life express thankfulness to the Workers' Party of Korea which launched gigantic projects for realizing the people's cherished desire again.

It is his ardent wish to provide the people with the happiest life in the world as soon as possible.

In the speech at the ground-breaking ceremony of the construction of 10,000 flats in Pyongyang City in March last year, he said that building 50,000 modern flats in Pyongyang, the capital city of our great country, is something the Party has long intended, made preparations for and aspired to do in order to provide the citizens of the capital city with more cultured and stable living conditions.

At the 3rd Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, he delivered a special order personally inked with his sincerity for immediately solving the urgent matters most concerned and looked forward to by the people, saying that the idea of the devoted service for the people's wellbeing which is set forth as the sacred one by the Party is the practical guideline and standard of behavior that call for upholding the people with unconditional service bearing the responsibility for their lives and livelihood with all dedication to their interest in practice.

He stressed that there is no more important revolutionary work than the work of bringing up children, the future of the country, to be strong and sound and that it is the most important policy and supreme cherished desire of the Party and the state to provide more improved conditions of bringing them up even at the cost of huge sum of money, indicating tasks and ways to implement them.

Thanks to his devoted service for the people's wellbeing, Samjiyon City of Ryanggang Province was turned into a model of mountain cultural city of socialism and a standard of development of rural community in some years and monumental edifices for the people's wellbeing were built in different parts of the country.

It is the unshakable faith of the DPRK people that their ideal will be surely realized as long as they are guided by Kim Jong Un.
