Chairman Kim Jong Il's Exploits Praised in Nigeria and Brazil
Pyongyang, February 28 (KCNA) -- Joint seminars of political parties and organizations took place in Nigeria and Brazil to mark the birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il.

The chairperson of the Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and professors of University of Abuja said that the great HE Kim Jong Il is the leader who had led the DPRK by carrying forward the cause of President Kim Il Sung. The secret that the DPRK defended its ideology and system and rose up with its own efforts in the late last century when the West talked about the "complete end of socialism" lies in the Songun politics pursued by HE Kim Jong Il, they added.

Noting that socialist Korea remains unchanged despite the imperialists' moves as it has the strong national power, they stressed that HE Kim Jong Il led the country along the road of independence and victory, standing in the center of the world politics.

The chairperson of the Brazilian Center for the Study of the Juche Idea and an official representative of the Brazilian Branch of the Korean Friendship Association lauded Kim Jong Il as the master of ideology and theory, experienced statesman and world elder statesman.

Saying that the Korean people will demonstrate only victory and glory in the future, too, as they have the great leader, great idea and great Party, the speakers expressed their will to intensify the study and dissemination of the Juche idea and activities for solidarity with the Korean people.

Attending the seminars were personages of political parties and organizations, including the Better Nigeria Progressive Party, the People's Progressive Party of Nigeria, the Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the Brazilian Center for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Brazilian Center for the Study of Songun Politics and the Brazilian Centre for Peace and Solidarity with Peoples, and popular masses.
