Young people in the province have prepared thousands of tons of manure and 10,000-odd small farm implements in February to be supplied to co-op farms in the province.

The provincial youth league committee promoted the support for farms through an exhibition of small farm implements.

The youths from the Provincial People's Committee, the Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex, the Chongjin Port and the Provincial Telecommunication Management Bureau strove to find much more manure resources and prepare lots of small farm implements to be supplied to co-op farms.

The youth league organizations in Phohang, Sunam and Sinam districts of Chongjin City scrupulously organized the work to secure and transport a large amount of urban manure and compost to farms.

Young people in the province visited the farm fields with various farming materials and compost and worked together with agricultural workers.

The agricultural workers are now channeling their efforts into the immediate farming preparations.
